I've used the Pirelli P6000 Sport Veloce's for the past 18,000 mioles on my 735i in heavy winter conditions and summer. When it's time to replace I'll buy another set. Great tires for all around use in varying weather conditions. Mine are V rated and I strongly suggest you do the same, espacially, since you're using them on a 750. Had Dunlop D60A2's on it the 735i before and are the most terrible tire I've ever had. Should never be purchased for any BMW.
