I live in Hong Kong and I want to buy the latest edition of the BMW ETK CD-Rom, any ideas on the pricing and availability of the CD-Rom?

I also live in Hong Kong. I have my parents send me catalogs and stuff from the US and I just found a source for the part CD for US$46. I am checking to see if it is the same one people are talking about here for $150.
