leads me to think about this - my steering wheels "rattles" like hell when the car is turning on rough pavement! I suppose that means my shocks and bushings are probably crying for replacement, right?

Wonder why those BMW technicians at the dealer NEVER suggested that at all (despite the fact that this has already happened to my car for a while)...as these are actually quite dangerous to simply "delay" until they totally give and lead to major repair!
