The Arm Rest is secured with a 6mm roll pin. You will need a long shaft punch, hammer, and a friend. Have the friend push the back of the seat inward, away from the Arm Rest. Hammer out the roll pin. Arm rest comes right off.
P.S. You don't have to remove the arm rest to get the seat back off.
