88 750 wont start (archive)

i recently purchased a 88 750 in great shape, ive been driving for about a week with no apparent problems. i shut the car off last night and noticed the window switches were still illuminated......it was cold out ( i thought some kind of stuck relay) ..naturally this killled my battery and now i cant even get the starter to turnover, it just clicks.....fuses are fine.....window switches stay illuminated and windows can be used with ignition in off position.......this drains batery.....please help..monty in canada..is there a block heater available for this car... thanks.
