Try fuses 42, 18, 16, and 12. If these are OK, next stop is Memory Seat/ Mirrors control unit. Fuse #42 is in the rear power distribution box (under rear seat) the rest are in the front power distribution box (in front of driver, in engine compartment). The control unit is under the driver's seat.

'88 735i 5sp


Ok first my Drivers seat went out completly and then both my mirrors. Not even the tilt down on passenger side. Nothing at all. No noise. zip. kupult , nothing. 88 735i. Don't have a clue where to start. Seat does have the 3 button memorey. Please help, would like to fix myself if possible cause just put in 2300.00 to put car in great running condition. Thanks, jjp
