750 Dinan chip and lower springs (archive)

I was looking at the Dinan graphs regarding the bhp and torque increases with the V12 and noticed that the increase begins at about 4500rpm's. Is this chip package, engine and tranny, doing anything at lower rpm's? And how often does a person get a V12 up over 4500rpm's? I'm not a racer but love the idea of having the V12.

Also, when lowering a 7 series I have been reading where some people only lower the front and not the rear. Is this how it should be done, or what are the reasons for only lowering the front. It appears the front is higher than the rear, but what is correct?

Thank you,
Brian W.
