BMW won't call the V12 X an "M" though..... (archive)

Actually, there is an M v12 lurking inside an X5. It was in last month's Roundel, and it sported ~600hp. Maybe they are doing some covert testing to see if it is feasable to put such a beast in the new 7 line. Hell i wouldn't care what model, 3,5,6,7,8 who cares, just to have one would be bliss. My .02..
