40 psi sounds about right...certantly would not hurt during acceleration under load. My bet is that you have one or more faulty spark plug wires.

Each spark plug wire should measure about 6.5k ohms from end to end.


Still dinking around trying to figure out what the missing feeling is under load. Just took the fuel pressure readings for both, both lines have 40 psi in them. Anyone know what the spec is?
