I had the same problem 89 735 it was bulbs very easy to replace there are 2 screws holding the dash in place (top) remove them you have to remove your steering wheel then it is very easy to replace bulbs
.

The dash ligths that indicate the "gear" (P,R,N,D,D1,ETC) and the driving mode (sports, manual, Econ) are gone. At night is becomes impossible to see. Also, part of the mileage indicator light is gone. Whats the problem? (fuse, battery, or bulbs) How do you fix it? How much am I look to pay to have this fixed by a mechanic?

This is my first time here...Thank You
Frank
