No, a big press,or find a workshop with a big press. I changed the complete arms as the ball joints will be worn too most likely and in the UK I got genuine Lemforder arms (with the BMW logo ground off) for about $70 ea. inc. bushes. The reason I would change the complete arms is also (with hindsight) because on my car the ball joint turned while trying to undo them and I ended up drilling them to allo we grip, as I didn;t need to save the old joints this made it a lot simpler.

A reasonably simple job....worth it too...just do it !!!
