Try moving the passenger side arm around by one spline. The arms aren't parallel any more but at least it doesn't rub.

what are the correct wiper lengths I should be using? Right now both blades are 23.5 inches long (I guess they are sold as 24" wipers) The drivers wiper is prone to chatter while the passenger side wiper is so long that it touches the hood while in the off position. They dont really tuck into the cowl as I would think they should. The passenger-side blade sweeps all the way to the very top edge of the windshield (I think its excessive), but the sweep area of the drivers side is good. The only reason I got these blades (bosch micro edge) was becuase the Bosch application book says I need 24" blades. I was thinking about dropping the passenger side blade down to a 20 or 22 and leaving the driver a 24. Is this a good idea?

Lastly, the base of the passenger side arm just barely touches the lip of the hood. its a little too close for comfort, any way I can sink it down a bit for more clearence?
