I recommend paying a little extra money and buying new BMW blades. I just bought an '88 750 iL and it needed new wiper blades. I tried going with Bosch and they just didn't work quite right. After spending too much time messing with them, I returned the Bosch blades to Pep Boys and paid $24 for a BMW blade assembly (passenger side). The driver's side still had the BMW blade assembly. I paid $13 for the refill from a locl BMW dealership. The next time I need new blades I can just get 2 BMW refills. To me, the extra $20 or so total over the Bosch blades is worth avoiding the hassle.
