Take off the lock actuator and the metal bracket holding it on - the aim is to get the plastic cowl off the cam cylinder attached to the back-end of the lock barrel. Don't worry about that springing apart - the lot is held together by a roll-pin.

One cam is for unlock, one for lock and one for deadlock/convenience window-sunroof lock... if it gets too difficult looking at it in the door, find the spring steel plate across the top of the lock/handle assy and push it sideways to release the coverplate on the outside of the door over the handle. That lets you see the single mounting screw and threaded collar around the lock barrel mount - undo those and the whole thing comes out as one unit.

I had to replace my lock barrel recently (vandals trying to break in) you see...
