A couple of months ago I put on Bilstein Sports. After ordering, I read that the Standard were oem replacements, that Heavy Duty were a good step up, and that Sports were for weekend track and too harsh for most people. Its true. The Sports are just too stiff. Bouncy, actually, with the standard springs. They don't seem to handle dips any better than the oems, but telescope every little bump. They bang like they are bottoming out on a two inch hole, but I suppose they are just stiffening quickly. Anyway, although I hate to simply waste money, I have thought about buying the Heavy Duty models. I probably would, but I'm afraid I wouldn't like them much better and then wish I had the oem's. Whatever.
Good luck.

Hey

I have a 735i it has 50mm lowered springs with original shocks(the springs are very solid and custom made). Also the car has 18x8.5 BBS wheels. I have had no problems with this setup.I require new shocks for the front and was seeking advice for the best shock for my current setup. I dont need rock solid shocks ,something that is sporty but still comfortable. Any reccomendations???

Thanks....
