I just re-dyed my black seats this weekend and they look great. From a local shoe repair shop I bought a bottle of Kelly's Cobler Professional Grade leather dye. You clean the seats with a top quality leather cleaner and then "paint" on this liquid dye using a cotton dauber which comes with it, and then follow up with a good leather cream. The dye dries within minutes. The black is a slight bit blacker than original, but nobody notices it but me, and they look brand new.
