Having someone push down gently on the rear edge as you press the switch. It may be sticking and the clutches are just slipping against the added friction. If it works, try lubing the seal with silicon or slightly adjusting the sun roof panel.

Sunroof doesn't open, I hear the motor, but its just doesn't go, but it still tilts, anyone have any suggestions or what will fix that? or try to allen wrench thing first?
