Thanks for the post Max. I'll take it apart and check it out again. I'll double check all the things that you suggested and see what I find. Wish me luck! I'm worried that I somehow damaged the speedometer unit itself and will have to replace it. I was quoted $210 from a local dealership. I'm going to call Pelican and JAC to see what kind of price they can come up with.
