It's it's wet only outside, it can also be your (whatever the name for the plastic tank that you use to fill and check the the anti-freeze). It's plastic and after several year, the plastic fitting where the hose goes on will crack and break off. It's high on the firewall right behind the engine.

Car started to overheat and steam came out everywhere inside and outside the car. After adding water, I notice water just pouring out under car around the console area.
Could it be a water heater hose or core? How complicated is it to fix if that is the ploblem?
