Hmmm.... You must have an American made car your converting to drive in a foreign country. Of course you have pressed the changeover switch for unit of measure and this doesn't seem to work? This I do know, the dash is programmed to read in either English or Deutsche. The problem will be if it is a software issue and if so how do you go about changing or telling the computer to change?
