Is it E38 as coming from a 95+ 7 series BMW, or ET38 meaning wheel offset? If you mean 7 series, it should fit, but you will probably need a hub-ring as the hubs on 95+ 7 series are larger than your 735. If you mean offset, it won't fit as those rims are meant for a 3 series. Hope this helps.
P.S. If the E38 is part of the casting on the wheel w/ the rim size, it refers to wheel offset.

Will these rims fit an '88 735i? Any help is greatly appreciated as I need to find this info out before 9am cst today.

Thanks,

Jim M.
