I think many folks will agree that the Conforti Chips are better in most circumstances than the Dinan chips, albeit subtley so. They are also 25-75$ cheaper.

Exhaust adds modest improvement. Diff comes with limitations also. I'd consider a K/N Filter, Chip, exhaust but the modifications will be rather subtle in this already powerful car...
