3 questions i need some input on. 94 740il
1. I have a friend and his wife that are a little over weight combined weight between 500 and 600 pounds. I've noticed that when it's cold and they are both in the back after a short period of driving I start hearing a funny noise from under the hood, sounds like a power steering pump that is failing. They get out and after a short while noise stops. Any ideas?

2. Wood trim on console is loose. What can i use to glue it back down?

3. When it is cold, below freezing, it seems that I have excessive vapor coming out of the tail pipe. If i get on it from a stoplight you can't see the cars behind me. In warm weather there are no ommisions from the tail pipe. No noticable oil or coolant loss. Ideas?

Thanks
