No, I haven't sold the car (yet). I already have the official workshop manual, the electrical troubleshooting manual, the torque specification manual, and the Haynes 5-series manual. I bought the Bentley manual on a whim in case there was something the other manuals did not cover. To say the least, I was not impressed. The official workshop manual, while short on text, is very thorough in the step by step repair procedures although you must follow the instructions literally. All the Bentley seemed to do was constantly refer you to another section and warn about reading the battery disconnection cautions at the front of the manual.

I am determined to keep the car until I either run out of money or lose my sanity. At the moment, the latter is ahead.
