The 240/45/415 refers to the trx wheel and tire package. I have never seen or heard of that package in the states(on a E32).

From the owners manual:

225/60 VR/ZR 15
240/45 VR/ZR 415 ( Ihave no idea what the "415" is, just parrotting the manual verbatim. I believe the wheels are 15x7.
