I had the same problem you have to get a new seat switch. and make sure that you get the correct #s off of the actual switch because some come with memory and some dont
Do you hear an electric motor running when you try to move the seat back? If so, then it is a cable problem. The archives contain detailed instructions for repair.

The passanger seat power switche works up, down and forward; but it doesn't move back. Any advice as to what the problem might be would be appreciated.
