- have you checked ALL the fuses? From memory driver's door central locking is on a separate fuse... have you checked the fuses under the back seat (near the "general module") too?
- does pin go up/down?
- did you have to do the "lift the handle to open" trick?
SO...
Fuses - obvious, if gone, replace.
If you did the "lift the handle" trick: what I found with my passenger door is that the lock seems to go into a "manual only" mode, eg had to lock all other doors then lift handle again and turn to lock to about 90 degrees to front of car (eg lock with handle up, reverse of the emergency unlock with handle up). Then releasing handle and unlocking had the door folowing all the others again. WARNING: this might not work/be appliacble for your build of vehicle - use only as much pressure/force as you see fit, OK?...
If pin goes up down, then there is a FAINT possibilty that the door is locking but the latch isn't holding the striker plate. Had this problem myself after dismanlting the door to replace the lock barrel - the folded steel arm that comes out of the top of the latch (and is hit by the handle inside the door) was off square by a tiny amount - approx 2-3mm in 10cm - but this was enough that the latch would NOT hold onto the striker - the door would always be able to be opened with a stiff tug. Bent back on square (very soft, just gently used hand pressure only) and latch holds.
Hope one of these helps... again, be careful not to force anything and make it worse. Good luck.

I have tried turning the key in all positions to lock and unlock but still my drivers side door does not lock, and all the other doors including the trunk locks. Please help me.
