If both (left front, right rear) sensors are intact, then check for faulty wiring. The most common wiring problem is an internal conductor break in the wiring somewhere between the sensor plug connector and the inner wheel housing.

Jack the car up, carefully remove the wiring from the brackets and jiggle. Better yet, check the wires at the plug connector for continuity to ground or open.

checked the brakes, rotors and pads are fine.
changed the sensors.
the light is still on.

Does anyone know why?

Also, at the end of a short drive (just around town, no more than ten miles away and no more than thirty miles total) so much coolant leaked that I had to add more the next morning ... the whole area under the car from bumper to bumper was covered with leaked coolant. But since then, it hasn't leaked at all.

And along with that leak, there were a couple drops of transmission fluid on the ground too.

But since then, about 2 weeks ago, it hasn't leaked at all.

Any info is greatly appreciated.
