It could be the fuel pressure is bleeding off overnight, which would either be the check valve in the fuel pump, or the pressure regulator not holding, in which case it takes those 2 or 3 seconds to build back up when starting cold. If either of these, a fuel injector cleaner gas additive might improve it if it's just build-up in the respective valves preventing a tight seal. To verify, you'll have to tee into the fuel line & measure the leakdown rate with a gauge.

Normal presure regulator pressure us 43.5 psi. The fuel pump check valve should hold at about 37 psi. Bentley allows a leakdown rate of .5 bar (about 7 psi) in 20 minutes, but within that parameter, it could go to zero overnight & cause your symptoms.

oops! When I first start up the starter turns over for about 2-3seconds! Once it has run ;you can; bump the st;arter and it will fire up any suggestions.
