CHeck the archives on the LKM (light control module, the long box in the fusebox). It has relays that control all the headlights individually - maybe a relay has stuck open, rapping it can help. Also there is a history of bad soldering in these units, usually causes an intermittent failure of the light first, though!!

If you want to explore the LKM a bit, see my website for internal pics.

Have fun.

My left low beam went out, I put in a new 9006 bulb - still no headlight. The fuse looks OK (in the box behind the left wheel well), What am I missing? Thanks for the help guys.
