Rear end fluid wrong? (archive)

I just had my 90 735il serviced at a local european service center. He put Syntec in the differential. Now it started groaning when turning left or right while coasting. Seems to dissapear when you put your foot in it. Also gets worse when driven longer and gets hotter. What gives??? Is the fluid wrong?? or is my diff starting to fail? Thanks.
