For what I know the combo of chips (2 chips), K&N filters (2) and exhaust will help a lot in a 750i, although the car is so damn fast that it's really not necessary.

Someone said the exhaust is pretty clogged to keep it quiet, perhaps a more open pipe could give you more torque but hey, theres 450Nm already... And the original piping costs $5000 here...

The 750i is very moderately tuned by factory, a five-litre V12 could do a lot better and has been done so on many occasions.
