A friend went there for battery replacement and after being told they would call with a price before doing ANYTHING, they tried to charge $50 for "checking" the car. They wanted $260 for the new battery--ha ha. I guess they thought they could at least get the $50....
be cautious of their scam. (see archives for more unhappy dealings with this dealer.....)

I agree completely!!! After going there to test drive a 2001 328 , the sales reps were complete snobs. (I could only guess about the service center!!) Needless to say I didn't buy from that dealership but my brother and I go to Bill Jacobs of Naperville for sales and service.
