I agree with Max. Generally, suspension bushings must be preloaded by leaving the hardware only finger tight while there is no weight on the suspension (ie. the car is in the air). Once the full weight of the car is on the suspension, the hardware can be tightened to proper torque. This allows the suspension geometry to be correct when loaded with the weight of the car. The handling of the car will probably feel "funny" if the geometry is not correct.
