If the fuel pump is running, the O2 heater should have power. They are both sourced from the same output on the fuel pump relay.

I am looking at the connector for the O2 sensor. It's a 4 wire unit so there is supposed to be 12 volts for power plus signal plus ground. With the key in the ON position, but the engine not running, I do not have the 12 volts. Is this normal? Will the 12 volts come active once the engine is started. I there a bad relay?

I will really appreciate this info.
