It could be as simple as jumping a couple pins in the diagnostic connector similar to the SI lights, but I've yet to run across a post for that. So many repairs are DIY, but this one is best left for the dealer or a properly equipped independent to diagnose. The SRS reset tool is expensive. Unless you have disturbed a connection with out disconnecting the battery, the light could be on because of a more serious problem & as far as safety is concerned, a thorough diagnosis of system could be money well spent. Just my $.02

Just saw the post on resetting oil change indicator by connecting pins instead of using reset tool. Would like to reset srs system without buying tool. Does anyone know how to do this?
