According to my info and the Bentley there are two relays (high and normal speed). The relays are in the aux relay box. The resistor to reduce speed is mounted outside the fan shroud. This is where it should, high Wattage, lot of heat to be
generated at normal speed. Would check the temp switch on right side of radiator first. Disconnect and connect wires to see if fan works. Fan motor would be my first suspect in case of malfunction (cheap Siemens Canada ...p)The three I have fixed so far had all loose magnets, blocking the movement. Regards Ekkehart
