Turns out my problem was due to a faulty master cylinder. I suppose the piston(s) were not fully returning thus not allowing the brake fluid to return to the reservoir.

I am planning to buy a used E32 735 BMW but when I drove it, I noticed that on application of brakes on top speed the car gets a bit uncontrollable and tends towards one side of the road. What do I do?????
