Sounds like some easy repairs, if i wasnt cross country i would eat it up. something that helped me when my obc went out was to tighten and clean the battery connection and put in a new battery. it needs a certain amount of voltage to run, and if it has even a semi weak battery it will act up.

I am a Soutern California 1988 735i looking for a new home.
Ive got good compression, and tranny, however I need some love. I have 187,000 miles, and my paint and body are in good shape.

I have a 2 inch dent on the edge of my front right fender.

I drip 3 drops of tranny fluid when parking in the garage.

My headliner is comming loose in the back seat.

My OBC display is black.

The electronic display on my speedometer usually only comes up once you rev the car past 3000 RPM, then stays on for the remainder of the drive.

My radio sounds great but the tapedeck portion does not work.

The steering wheel shimmy's a bit getting on the freeway.

The drivers seat sits at a slight tilt.

The front shocks are worn. (slight bounce to car)

and the hood and trunk shocks dont work.

and...
my owner diddnt realize this is what he had gotten into when he bought the car.

no suprises for the next owner.
