Did this when I got my 735. Allow about 4hrs per door I'd guess - getting in, getting the lock assy out, getting to the cylinder, re-doing the tumblers (12 + 1 keeper), reassembling, testing lock, reassemble to door, test whole door, seal door back up....

Need help on removing cylinders from doors.
Is this a big project?
