I have used the procedure w/o any problems on two 750i and one 750iL plus a 316iA. No problems.

BTW "brake pressure warning" is not related to the brake fluid level indicator. So adding DOT 4
would not solve it. Most likely it is a bad hydraulic accumulator aka "bomb". Check archive for this. Replacement is no big deal. Regards Ekkehart
