By the way, the first thing I bought from them was the 5 series Bently manual as I was considering a 535. Then I bought the 750iL and bought an E32 manual from them, my second purchase.
If you get an ETK CD, it's much easier as you can just give them the part numbers, and there's no chance of misinterpreting what part it is you need.
Contact them and ask where your manual is!

The same here: I ordered my Bentley's manual (most expensive book I've EVER bought but hey, it's a bimmerphile's Bible) over a month ago, haven't received either the book or even a confirmation of sale and they never ever replied my e-mail. They have my VISA number and I HAVE placed an order so if I order it from some other bookstore I stand a chance of winding up with TWO manuals and at that price that just won't do. In fact I don't know what I should do!
Their web page says they deliver world-wide so that can't be a problem and I managed to pay my $1000 VISA bill although I'm on the dole so there should be absolutely nothing preventing them from getting me my desperately-needed manual. And doing it fast.
