sometimes the windows have a safety coating on it that can be cut. Usually pertains to more American cars than European, but be careful just in case. If you do slice this coating, it looks like hell and cannot be repaired w/o replacing the glass. Use a thin blade at the corner of the decal only to assist you in pulling it up. Once you have a good portion peeled back, drop the blade and keep pulling. Use rubbing alcohol on a cotton swab to remove the adhesive.

Previous owner put a decal on the rear window that I'd like to remove. It's about six inches in and three inches up on the driver's side.

Any issues with doing so by razor-blading it off(e.g., messing up radio antenna or defrosting elements)?
