Older ones are 3.15 but unfortunately have forgotten the ratio of the newer ones.

'88 750iL

I have heard that the 1991 750il has a numerically higher rear end ratio than the 1988-1990 models. If true, can the 91 rear end be fitted to an older 750il model?
