experiment: connect a cell phone to 740 (archive)

I forgot to say that pin no 24 is dedicated on the OBC to the phone interface box. If my guess is right, when the knob on the drivers instrument is pressed when the phone rings, then perhaps the phone can be answered from the controls of the car rather than picking the phone by hand..

so all we would need is to integrate a mic with the hands free kit of the cell and the cell phone switch on the instrument panel to trigger the opening of the line through (hopefully) the OBC pin that interfaces with the phone box..

has anyone got more insight on the phone switch of the controls at the steering wheel before I try to get a custom control box that wires the hands free kit of my nokia, the mute function of the radio, the output of the phone to some line in of the sound amplifier of the car, and last the cell phone switch???
