THANKS ALEX.

You are 100% correct.

This is normal. If the mirror switch on the driver's door armrest is set to the driver's side mirror (switch up), the passenger's side mirror will dip down when reverse gear is selected. This allows the driver to more clearly see the right rear of the car. If the mirror switch is set to the passenger's mirror (switch down), both mirrors will stay in the same position when reverse gear is selected.

Alex

Hello all,

As of yesterday when I put mycar in reverse the passanger side mirror would tilt down so I could see while reversing.

It has now stopped. The motor is fine because I can still adjust it with the driver control so hopefully it is a relay of some sort.

Help ?

Thanks,

sam
