Is it worth it? I have heard anywhere from 3 to 20 hp increase??

If you mean the cone filters, they work. However, there is a caveat, they need to be outside of the engine compartment where they can breathe cooler air. You would need to remove the current air boxes and then plumb the filters to just behind the grill work or lower fascia. Every 10 degree of temperature drop is worth about 1 HP. I haven't looked hard at my 750, but I bet some 3" ABS aimed correctly would do the trick. I did a DOHC NEON that way and picked up roughly 5 HP (if you would like to see what I mean, E-mail me at lazybears@aol.com and I will send some pictures of what a non Bimmmer set up (home made) looks like.
