Tim, I did cone filters, ECU chips (no tranny chip) and a custom DTM exhaust. Not much difference in normal driving situations. However, stick the tranny in Sport mode, floor it and the chips really wake up the motor from 3500 rpms. Oh, and that intake growl from the air cleaners is sooo sweeeet! I've heard that Jim C. has a better chip for BMW motors as it gives you more power on the low to mid range v.s. Dinan's mid to top end power. I'm still contemplating the Dinan tranny chip as a friend says it made a big difference in his ///M3. He's got 3.45 gears and has the Jim C. Shark Injector. His car runs 13.2 in the 1/4. you did both filters and the chip?
