The 535i seems to be a very nice package.
The 635i - if you find one in a good shape - is awesome in beauty and kicks ass as well.
The 735i seems to be the most relieble of the 7 series but be warned that the parts of the 7 series cost more than the more common 5 or 3 series.
Of course 325i won't cost you much, is cheap to maintain, runs VERY economic compared to the V-12 mammoth, and can be made to handle very well.
