Have you also checked fuse #29? Bentleys say this is also related; other than that I'd suggest isolating the fan from the loom & checking the loom connector with a multimeter for voltage on ignition & AC on (watch for spinning bits!)... if no voltage I'd suggest pulling the fuses & then check for a short to earth on the loom... if so then it's a trace the short scenario.

I have a problem with my fuse no.25 (auxiliary cooling fan) which always burns. At once that I install a new fuse and that I start my car, it burns.
I would like to know that it's the consequence of this fuse since my cooling fan functions normally.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
